“I need a massage; my body is aching!�? said my husband. “Darling, can you arrange for someone to come to the house?�?We travel a lot so most of our massage sessions are during our stays at hotels. We haven’t had massages here in Kuwait but then I remembered the number my friend Najla gave me last year for a masseuse that did house calls. My husband Mahmood always prefers having a woman masseuse for a softer touch, so I decided to look her up.
When I called, she spoke to me in an Eastern European accent and we discussed her coming over.
“Oh but the earliest I can come is 10 pm,�? She said.
“Oh, well that is quite late, isn’t it?�? I responded.
“Well, I don’t really go to work before 11 anyway, but I will consider 10 pm for you. Will you be there?
“Of course I’ll be there,�? I replied, growing suspicious.
“Are you sure you don’t mind?�? She asked.
I let out a mild “hah?�?, and then told her I would call her back after I had conferred with my husband.
I called Najla directly and after our warm greetings, asked her: “Remember the number of the Eastern European masseuse you gave me last year? Well, I just gave her a call and she sounds pretty strange.�? I told her the gist of the conversation. And then: “What the hell is she asking me if I don’t mind being there while my husband is having a massage?�?
Najla broke out in hysterical laughter and shrieked into the phone: “Oh no! I forgot all about that! My God Heba she is a prostitute and I didn’t find out till after she had ‘done’ everyone else in my division if not the whole Ministry! I completely forgot that I had given you the number!�?
“Thanks, Najla!!�? I cried out in mock disgust. “That would have been quite a therapeutic massage, now wouldn’t it?�?
I’m in total SHOCK SHOCK SHOCK!!!! You poor thing!!!
I wonder if this is true! hehe Besides Eastern European?!! Where is this Dubai?
Even if she wasn’t a prostitute, she would probably have hands that cant snap your back in two!
This is a story I heard; it is true.
It is only written in the first person because I like to write from different perspectives. So yeah, poor thing to the narrator not me Samboose
At least they questioned it and didn’t just say “OK. Come on over!” So, what was that number? (just playing)
The whole thing about not going to work until 11pm…. that would have made me know something was up.
@Equalizer: I can imagine a huge russian woman named Mrs. Ivanovich in my head. Not a pleasant thought.
Would have been a perfect opportunity to test the husband….. or maybe for the couple to go off track and involve a 3rd dimension between the sheets….
Now I think it would be very considerate for a woman to give such a gift to her husband. He would be very appreciative, I’m sure.

Something like that happened on Friends! Monice wanted to get a stripper for Chandler to make up for not having a stripper at his bachelor party. She turned out to be a prostitute.
I’m glad she thought to call her friend! Things could’ve got very dicey and I’m not sure how I’d react in that situation. I’m sure it wouldn’t be a good reaction!
When I read the title I was about to say “ You read my mind� but now I think I will TOTALLY take that back lol
